Estimates & authorization
We provide written scopes before work begins. By authorizing work, you agree to the scope and pricing described. Emergency services may begin with verbal authorization when delay would cause further damage.
Payment
Payment terms are described in your written scope. Insurance claims do not relieve the property owner of responsibility for payment of services rendered.
Property access
You agree to provide reasonable access to affected areas and to keep drying equipment running continuously during the drying period unless we advise otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the services described in your written scope. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage not discoverable during assessment, or damage caused by delayed authorization.
Insurance coordination
We provide documentation to support your insurance claim but do not guarantee coverage decisions, which are made solely by your insurer.
